Target Groups

Alongside our Primary School offering, Wales & West Forest School also work with Secondary and Special schools to deliver Forest School programs for target groups.

This includes social groups such as nurture and behaviour improvement groups, special needs groups, pupil premium groups etc.

The Forest School program has a proven track record in raising the self esteem of all children especially those with specific needs. Children that attend Forest School gain a better ability to work in groups, have greater social capability, become more able to concentrate and have more confidence in their own capabilities. This in turn provides children with the attributes needed to improve academic achievements.
